Euriade, the International Festival of Dialogue
The festival takes place every year in October/November/December under a specific theme in the Euregio (B, NL, D around Aachen). In 2017, the theme is "Children of OUR world".
In this context, the Stichting or the EURIADE association refers to the
Euregio Charlemagne.
The central aim of the EURIADE festival is to engage in dialog with the
other... at all kinds of events. For example, at the ceremony for the award of the Martin Buber plaque or at the project
Youth in Dialogue project, which brings together around 100 young people from all over the world every year.
Over a period of 10 days, they get to know and, above all, respect each other.
A first event where people meet, get to know each other, talk, drink, eat... would be the wine festival.

As last year, the Ambassade is once again making its premises available for the opening of the Euriade.
The proceeds from the event will go to the Euriade non-profit association and the Euriade's "Youth in Dialogue" project.
Selected wines will be offered and served, including wines from the Ahr wine-growing region from the Mayschoss winegrowers' cooperative, which has a friendly relationship with the EURIADE association.
Deliciously fragrant quiche will be served with the wine (caterer Danuta Nickchen).
