Spring hike from Walhorn to Kelmis

Our next hike of around 10 kilometers takes us along babbling brooks and through blooming daffodil meadows in the footsteps of the Dukes of Limbourg, but also the former galmei mining in this area. We hike along a section of the Duke of Limburg Trail from Walhorn to Kelmis, stop off at a restaurant there and then return by shuttle bus.

Program:

14:00 Start, starting point at the HLP pillar at the village square parking lot (Rolduc-Platz) in Walhorn

approx. 17:00 Restaurant visit in Kelmis

19:00 Return by shuttle to Walhorn (and from there back to Limbourg if necessary)

• It is possible to take a shuttle bus from Limbourg to Walhorn and from Kelmis back to Limbourg:
  13:30 Departure from the Ambassade du Pays de Rode, Place Saint Georges 36, Limbourg

Costs:

Shuttle bus from Limbourg there and back: 20,00 €/person

or

own journey to Walhorn: shuttle bus return journey from Kelmis to Walhorn: € 3.00/person

Meals in the restaurant are at your own expense.
