Following the ORPHEO concert on 3 June, Dr. Jörg Schmitz-Gielsdorf will be awarded the EURIADE NEEDLE OF HONOUR

With the award of the EURIADE Gold Badge of Honour, Ambassador Dr. Jörg Schmitz-Gielsdorf now joins the ranks of committed role models such as former German Foreign Minister Hans-Dietrich Genscher, Nobel Prize winner Heinrich Böll, former Dutch Prime Minister Dries van Agt and German Federal President Frank-Walter Steinmeier.

You are also welcome to enjoy a classical concert from the ORPHEO concert series with the musicians Elif Buglu Ünlüsoy (cello) and Arcadie Triboi (piano) over a glass of wine or water. Haydn, Schubert and Chopin are on the program.
